Hurricane Panels
Hurricane Storm Panels offer the best hurricane protection for the least cost.   "Weather" it is aluminum, galvanized steel or clear, we have it all.   Our aluminum panels are available in thickness of .040", .050", .0615" of an inch.  All our hurricane panels meet or exceed the toughest Miami-Dade County Building codes.   The hurricane panels are designed to be installed into a top header track and a bottom studded angle track or F-track with screws six inches on centered.  The hurricane panels slip into the upper header track and  fasten to the lower track with washered based wing-nuts.  A Wing-it™ wingnut driver is a must!!!  The hurricane panels can also be attached directly to the wall without tracks by installing a concrete anchor and stainless steel combo truss screws.  The hurricane panel tracks are available in a white or bronze finish.  The hurricane panels are easily removed from the tracks and can be stored in your garage or shed.

  • We offer a patented metal-clear-metal application. All-clear applications are also available.
  • Our .040” .050” and .0615” aluminum  Eyewall Armor®  panels carry statewide product approval, including .050” and .0615” for both Miami-Dade and Broward Counties/HVHZ.
  • Our  Eyewall Armor® storm panels have been tested to perform in wind zones in excess of 150 mph in accordance with the NEW 2004 Florida Building Code and International Building Code wind standard (ASCE 7-02).
  • Our  Eyewall Armor®  storm panels are tested for large missile impact from windborne debris in accordance with SSTD-12-99, A.S.T.M. E1886-E1996, or the High Velocity Hurricane Zone TAS 201, 202 AND 203 (same as Miami-Dade PA 201, 202 and 203).
