COVID-19 RESPONSE

We hope you and your friends and loved ones are staying safe and healthy.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are following the recommendations of the CDC and local health authorities by implementing precautionary measures to keep our team and customers safe and healthy, and to continue normal operations to the fullest extent possible.

We have transitioned our office employees to work-at-home until further notice. Our warehouse is open for our local customers, we will offer "curb-side style" pickup for orders placed via email or online. Completed pickup orders will be place in a separate bay from our production warehouse. We will operate our main warehouse with only 1 or 2 employees at a time.

Additional safety measures include:

6 feet social distancing

Washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds

Avoiding touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands

Avoiding close contact with people who are sick

Covering a cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throwing the tissue in the trash

Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces

Staying at home when sick and seeking appropriate medical care

Using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water are not available

We will continue to place orders for custom size panels as long as our suppliers stay open. These are difficult times for all in many ways. We will review each order and provide the maximum discount pricing to keep us open. As long as we are confined to our home, this is a good do-it-yourselfer project to get ready for Hurricane Season.

Online hardware ordering will continue as normal. Our fulfillment team is operating at full capacity but with enhanced cleaning measures and staggered shifts to provide plenty of workspace distancing.
