Hi Rick, Still no high speed internet so just grabbed a AOL "demo" disk and trying to answer some email... If you need a testimonial to your garage door supports...send them to me! The two supports held the double door in place during a direct frontal assault of some 160 mph winds after the "eye" passed overhead! Out of the 40 houses in our sub-division, all garage door facing east and south failed, big time, with one exception... ours! The window shutters took direct hits from roof tiles from houses on each side and an incredible amount of debris for disintegrating manufactured homes across the canal. They are dented and bruised but there was zero, zip, nada glass damage. They bear their scars proudly! Ironically, the day the USAA adjuster was here going thru our relatively light damage (about $14,000 of roof repair, lanai replacement and misc), I received a rebate check from USAA for a $160.00 premium credit because I sent them notice of the new shutters and braces!
